Tn. Ir. Hj. Abdul Hamid Bin Hj. Md Sultan was appointed as Director of Teras Sari Resources Sdn Bhd on 23rd April 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in IIT, Madras, India. He also holds a Professional Engineer in Board of Engineers Malaysia (BOEM) and Members for Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). Ir. Hj. Abdul Hamid has more than 50 years’ experience in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Building and Water Utility industries. He has previously worked at several construction company in Malaysia.

En Mat Halim Bin Kadimon, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board on 1st September 2024. He is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University Teknologi Mara (UiTM). He is considered an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in construction industry for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Building and Water Utility industries. His key role includes overall planning, monitoring, co-ordination and control of projects from inception to completion aimed at meeting client’s requirements to produce functional and financially viable projects that will be completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Muhammad Helmy Haqqim Bin Mohd Suhaimi as a Director & Shareholder for Teras Sari Resources Sdn Bhd on 26th July 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering (Hons) in Universiti Teknikal Malaysia, Melaka. He also registers with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BOEM) and Members for Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). Muhammad Helmy has more than 8 years’ experience in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Building and Water Utility industries. He has previously worked at several construction company in Malaysia.
